ดร.กาญจนา ขวัญเมือง ผู้อำนวยการศูนย์ข้อมูลเกษตรแห่งชาติ ร่วมสื่อสารสร้างการรับรู้วัฒนธรรมองค์กรของกระทรวงเกษตรและสหกรณ์ ให้กับบุคลากรของศูนย์ข้อมูลเกษตรแห่งชาติ สำนักงานเศรษฐกิจการเกษตรได้รับรู้ รับทราบและถือปฏิบัติร่วมกัน โดยกระทรวงเกษตรและสหกรณ์ ได้กำหนดวัฒนธรรมองค์กร “WE ARE HOPE” เราคือ ความหวังของเกษตรกร
ความหมาย WE ARE : กระทรวงเกษตรและสหกรณ์ ซึ่ง HOPE ในแต่ละตัวจะมีความหมาย ดังนี้
H : Honesty : มีคุณธรรม (ซื่อสัตย์ เสมอภาค โปร่งใสสามารถตรวจสอบได้)
O : Ownership : รับผิดชอบร่วมกัน (มีความรับผิดชอบ ทำงานเป็นทีมเดียวกัน มุ่งสู่เป้าหมายเดียวกัน)
P : Prompt to Change : พร้อมรับการเปลี่ยนแปลง (พัฒนาตนเองอย่างต่อเนื่อง ยอมรับฟังความคิดเห็น)
E : Establish : สร้างสรรค์ (กล้าคิด กล้าทำ กล้านำองค์กร มีความคิดริเริ่มสร้างสรรค์)

Dr. Kanjana Kwanmuang, Director of the National Agricultural Big Data Center, communicates to promote the understanding of the organizational culture of the Ministry of Agriculture and Cooperatives to the staff of the National Agricultural Big Data Center and the Office of Agricultural Economics. The Ministry of Agriculture and Cooperatives has established the organizational culture "WE ARE HOPE," which means:
WE ARE: The Ministry of Agriculture and Cooperatives, where HOPE represents:
H: Honesty - possessing integrity (being honest, transparent, and accountable)
O: Ownership - taking responsibility together (having a sense of ownership, working as a team towards a common goal)
P: Prompt to Change - being open to change (continuously developing oneself, accepting feedback)
E: Establish - being creative (thinking boldly, acting boldly, leading the organization with innovative ideas)
